  • Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS. Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
  • Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

2016 HOLIDAY EXCHANGE POLICY

Our extended holiday exchange policy allows for purchases made from November 1, 2016 thru New Year’s to be exchanged until the longer of January 17 , 2017 or 60 days.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be exchanged within 60 days of the date of purchase.

Purchases made in our Store or P.S. (physical store) from stores must be exchanged to a store.
Items purchased at a store or P.S. from retail store may not be exchanged to our online store.

If you choose to exchange your online purchase to one of our retail stores, you must present the original packing slip. Without the original packing slip, you will be issued a gift card (or exchange) for the most recent selling price of the item.

Exchange with an original sales receipt will be exchanged in the manner in which the original purchase was made within 30 days of our receiving your exchanged product. Your exchange will include the cost of the items, plus any applicable sales tax. Exchanges with a gift receipt will be refunded with a Merchandise Exchange Card at the selling price on the gift receipt. Exchanges without a receipt will be exchanged with a Merchandise Exchange Card in the amount of the current selling price.

All exchanges will reflect original discounts and promotions.

To receive a one time price adjustment present your original sales receipt within 14 days of purchase.

You must include the exchange form or bottom portion of the original packing slip. Be certain to save copies for your records.

Swimwear and underwear can only be exchanged with the price tickets attached.

Shipping and handling costs, gift-wrap costs and other charges are non-refundable.

We will not accept C.O.D. or third-party billing for exchanged merchandise.

All Bulk Sales, defined as any single order containing 25 units or more, are considered final sales and cannot be refunded.

In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier or our Customer Service department at (617) 304 – 5538.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS – We cannot process exchanges via the mail. All exchanges must be made in person .

There are a few important things to keep in mind when exchangeding a product you purchased. You can exchange unwanted items by post within 7 working days of receipt of your goods.

  • You have 14 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Us.
  • Please ensure that the item you are exchangeding is repackaged with all elements.
